Western Iowa Surf is excited to host the annual Rumble on the River soccer tournament, scheduled for April 25-27, 2025. The tournament, for recreation and competitive teams, will be held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex at 2900 Richard Downing Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This complex is located just off interstates 80 and 29.

• Tournament is open to competitive and recreational level boys and girls teams from U9 (2016) through U14 (2011), with a one-day festival style tournament for U7/U8 (2018/2017) teams.
• U9 – U14:  Teams play a minimum of three games, and awards are given for 1st and 2nd place teams. Age groups may combine as needed (U9 & U10, U11 & U12, U13 & U14).
• U7/U8 Festival:  Teams play three games.
• The tournament is a “Stay and Play” tournament and information will be provided soon.
