Western Iowa Surf is excited to host the annual Rumble on the River soccer tournament, scheduled for April 19-21, 2024. The tournament, for recreation and competitive teams, will be held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex at 2900 Richard Downing Drive, as well as the Iowa West Sportsplex facility at 3260 Mid America Drive both located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. These venues are both located just off interstates 80 and 29.

• Registration will open December 2023.
• Tournament is open to competitive and recreational level boys and girls teams from U9 (2015) through U14 (2010/2009), with a one-day festival style tournament for U7/U8 (2016/2017) teams.
• U9 – U14:  Teams play a minimum of three games, and awards are given for 1st and 2nd place teams.
• U7/U8 Festival:  Teams play three games with all players receiving awards.
• The tournament is a “Stay and Play” tournament through Event Connect via the tournament website.
