Council Bluffs Soccer Club is excited to once again host the annual Halloween Havoc Soccer Tournament!

2900 Richard Downing Drive, Council Bluffs, Iowa
Conveniently located just off Interstates 80 and 29, this beautiful facility offers a great setting for a fun and competitive weekend of soccer.

Tournament Details:
The event is open to boys and girls teams, U7 (2019) through U14 (2012) — from premier to recreational levels.
Each age group will include multiple brackets (based on applications).
