DESCRIPTION

Western Iowa Surf’s Competitive Program is focused on developing the complete youth soccer player and helping them achieve their goals, regardless of their soccer pathway.

OVERVIEW

The Competitive Program is available for U11-U19 Age Groups. The players on these teams are pushed to learn advanced techniques and tactics as well as ambitious goal setting to improve all aspects of their game and individual, personal development. Leagues include the Iowa Soccer League and Nebraska Youth Soccer League. These teams also travel to provide different challenges and opportunities for players. Tournament play is also introduced at the younger ages and showcase events for the older age groups.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Competitive Program is a full-year commitment. Below is a yearly rhythm that families can expect from year to year. Outdoor training is held at our 23rd Ave Soccer Complex in Council Bluffs. Indoor Training is held at our home facility, the Iowa West Sports Plex.

Surf U11/U15 Competitive $1050.00 Annual Fee 24/25

• Indoor & Outdoor training facility fees
• Training 2x a week Fall & Spring
• Speed & Agility training Fall & Spring
• Winter Leagues
• Technical training
• NYSL League Fees
• ISA membership fees including background checks
• Surf membership fees
• Equipment including VEO game recordings
• 4 tournaments/year – (two out of town)
• Coaches travel fees
• Coaching & director fees
• Club administration
• Coach & player insurance
• Playmetrics software subscriptions
• Exposure to Surf National Team scouts/coaches
• Not included- Uniform kit
• High School Freshman will have $200 credit applied to account if not participating in the Spring season
