Giving players opportunities to compete and learn in a safe, challenging, and fun environment. The Academy program is part of the Player Pathway providing a developmental step between NEST/Recreational programming and the Select Program.

Western Iowa Surf Select Program is focused on developing the complete youth soccer player and helping them achieve their goals, regardless of their soccer pathway. The mission is to develop soccer players in all aspects of the game, increase passion for the sport, and grow positive character skills.

Our recreational program offered through the Council Bluffs Soccer Club provides opportunities for young players in our community to develop healthy life skills and team skills through active participation in the beautiful game of soccer.
